Cyberstar Data Recovery Service is dedicated to retrieval of data that are inaccessible by usual means. However, we do not have facilities to retrieve data from a physically damaged harddisk.

The best defense against data loss is to take backups at regular intervals. Nevertheless, quite many people "forget" to backup their data - much to their regret when some fine day their computer fails to boot, even into safe mode. Should this happen to someone located in the Chiang Mai area, Cyberstar Data Recovery Service comes to rescue.

Our expertise covers retrieving data when the data loss is due to causes such as:

  • Virus infection
  • Deleted partitions
  • Deleted files
  • Formatted disk
  • Corrupted file system
  • Corrupted master boot record

These items are generally referred to as logical corruption or malfunctioning. In most cases of logical corruption, Cyberstar Data Recovery Service will be able to retrieve your data - at least those files that haven't been overwritten by other data.

Data Retrival Charges

Although lost data stand an equal chance of being recovered by Cyberstar Data Recovery Service, the duration and the complexity of tasks depend on the cause of inaccessibility.
  •

  • Evaluation is free if you bring in your laptop or desktop case to our place. Initial evaluation is also free if we come to your place, but we charge 10 Baht per km travel distance from the city moats. No further charges, if we don't come to an agreement on our quotation.

Note of caution

Even if only a few of the bits and bytes, formerly allocated to a lost file, is overwritten by other data - that particular file is rendered unrecoverable. So, as soon as you realize you have lost important data - stop using your harddisk! The percentage of lost data files, that can be recovered, is highly dependent on how much has been written to the harddisk since the data were lost.
